Holding a Medical Degree with working experience of 4 years. Decided to changing working profession to teaching / tutoring

 

I believe, the only way to go up against our current education system is to be able to set a firm knowledge ground for the students, as current academic system is based on exam-orientated. Every student has their own potentials and may require different ways of approach. in order to instill those potentials, I will engage with students personally as well as academically. As much as I am teaching, I am as well going to learn from my students to improve my own teaching skills. I am someone who is consistently growing and takes the time to continue learning both directly and indirectly related to my work
