For Tutors

 

1) Registration

Registration with TuitionJob.com is free-of-charge. However, we reserve the rights to refuse your application.

Tutors must be at least 18 years old and possess the appropriate minimum qualifications to qualify as Tutor.

 

2) Tutor’s Profile

Upon registration at TuitionJob.com a tutor, you will receive an account designation. This account will be used for the uploading of photos, updating of profile and any relevant details.

Tutors are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and passwords and will be held liable for any activities occurring under their account and password, such as any information, data, text, and materials uploaded or updated through the account.

Tutors are also responsible to ensure that personal information is filled in as accurately as possible, with no attempt to mislead users through misleading and inaccurate data.

TuitionJob.com reserve the right to remove/edit content and terminate tutors’ accounts due to failure to comply with our Terms & Conditions.

TuitionJob.com also reserve the right to remove any accounts that are not genuinely created.

TuitionJob.com is committed to protecting the privacy of tutors. We will not reveal any personal or sensitive information without your prior permission and consent.

Full profiles of tutors will only be made accessible to the management team and coordinators/associated agencies , who need the information to shortlist tutors and to contact tutors with regards to the tuition requests.

TuitionPortal.sg will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to comply with the Terms & Conditions.

 

3) Tuition Jobs

TuitionJob.com just provide the service for posting, all the tuition jobs are posted from third party(agents/students/parents or public). TuitionJob.com does not guarantee the accuracy of job details. TuitionJob.com will never involve in the job negotiation. Tutors are solely responsible for the exact details and requirements before accepting the jobs.

Tutors also solely responsible for the risk of making the commission/advance payment to agents during the deal.

 

4) Disclaimer

The User acknowledges and agrees that TuitionJob.com does not endorse or recommend, is not an agent, reseller or distributor of, and has no control over any jobs advertised on the Site through the Services, and TuitionJob.com hereby expressly disclaims all liabilities and responsibilities arising in relation to jobs/services whether available or advertised via TuitionJob.com through the Services.

TuitionJob.com will not be held responsible for any default of tuition fees payment. TuitionJob.com will also not be held responsible for any losses of advance payment/deposit/commission.

TuitionJob.com will also not be held responsible for any injury, damages, disputes, conflicts, claims or loss of any kind that arises between tutors and users.

TuitionJob.com will not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential damages arising in connection with the use of this website.

For Job Poster (Parents, Students, Educational Institute, and public)

 

1) Details of Job

Details of tuition job provided by Job Poster should be as accurate as possible to prevent misleading tutors. Job posters will solely responsible for the content posted on TuitionJob.com not against law in Malaysia.

 

2) Tutors’Profiles

TuitionJob.com does not guarantee the accuracy of tutors' profile.

TuitionJob.com does not guarantee that the tutors' profiles are complete, current, or free of errors.

 

3) Job Negotiation

TuitionJob.com will never involve in the job negotiation process. Job posters are solely responsible to ensure the accuracy of tutors' qualifications and experiences.

Job poster also solely responsible for the risk of making the commission/advance payment/tuition fees to tutors during the deal.

 

4) Disclaimer

TuitionJob.com will not be held responsible for any injury, damages, disputes, conflicts, claims or loss of any kind that arises between tutors and job posters.
