I firmly believe that "One size fits all" approach that is usually practiced in schools and colleges puts a lot of students at a disadvantage. This way of teaching usually neglects the slow-learners and cause them to lose interest in their studies. This can be easily rectified in home tuition by adjusting the speed of teaching at the pace the student can understand. Hence, after assessing each student, I will tailor my teaching speed at the pace the student can understand comfortably.

In addition to text books, activity books and past exam papers, an experienced teacher's input is of paramount importance in making the lessons become alive, interesting and understandable for the student. This is the reason why I always make sure that my lessons are Educational, Enlightening and Entertaining but NEVER Encyclopedic. I call this the "3Es minus 1" principle. By using this method, my students have always shown vast improvements in their grades and never failed any of their subjects after being tutored by me.
