I have the patience to teach kids and make them understand by giving examples rather than encouraging them to memorize what they learn for exams. Memorizing is not going to take you anywhere. Once your exam finish, you will forget what you learn. But if you understand what you learn, you can utilize the knowledge forever. I used to do that throughout my learning journey.
