My lesson does not include only one way delivery, I often request students to share their opinions so that I know how they think and see if they have misconception about the things they learn.
The medium of instruction is in English or Mandarin, depending on the students' need.
My lesson format:
-Explain things patiently in a way which the students can understand easily.
-Repeat until the students fully understand.
-Notes will be provided.
-Assignments will be given after each lesson.
-Exam-based teaching, helping students to master the main points of the subjects.
-Assessments will be given to examine the student's current level, after each topic.
-Progress charts will be given, recording how many marks the students have scored in the assessments and assignments done.
