Hold a Bachelor of Information Technology (University Of Sothern Queensland), an NLP certified coach/trainer and TESOL (Teaching Of English As A Second Language) certificate.

 

TEACHING EXPERIENCE:
Possess more than 8 years of teaching experience both in Malaysian government schools, colleges abroad and private institutions. Currently an IGCSE/A Level teacher/lecturer and freelance HR/Training Consultant. Also teach Cambridge English for Main Suite (PET,KET,FCE & CAE). Past teaching experience includes IELTS (Intermediate/Advanced) Form3, PMR, SPM, Literature, English Proficiency and holiday/summer programmes to students from China, Korea, Kazakhstan, Russia, Japan, UAE etc. Also specialize in one-on-one English programmes for working adults (expatriates) needing to excel in their working environment.

TRAINING EXPERIENCE:
Corporate training, ranging from Business/Communication English, Soft skills & HR specific courses and also Bahasa Malaysia (Communication) to expatriates.

METHODOLOGY/APPROACH:
All lessons/programmes are individually designed to achieve optimum results. Student centred learning as opposed to lecture type delivery. Use of various tried and tested approaches to procure the best from students.

LESSON FORMAT:
A pre-evaluation/proficiency test will be administered prior to designing the course content. The results of these tests will be discussed and the student will be advised accordingly. The syllabus will depend on the level of mastery that you want. I will provide the learning materials like audio tapes and books. Consumables like language workbooks & such, if required, will be separately charged. Mastery of any language is a complex and demanding process. Hence, COMMITMENT, EFFORT & DETERMINATION is an ABSOLUTE requirement for a win-win situation.
