Taught online classes since 2019 until 2022 and currently working as a teacher in an academy.

 

I am someone that are more prefer to teach my students according to their individual abilities and look focus on their individual education to find where their weaknesses is and their strength, this help me to ensure they grasp the fundamentals before proceeding to the next level. I believe in starting from the foundation and providing additional notes to help reinforce what we discuss in class. Hence, I will start my lesson from the basic until the details and will really make sure that they understand what they are learning. I also believes that mistake can help them to grow and will give them a space to make mistakes and correct them afterwards instead of giving them direct answer. I am patient and love to create a supportive environment rather than only being a strict and unfriendly teacher. After every class, I prefer to give my students exercises and extra notes for them to practice what they have learnt. I speak Chinese, Malay, and English to make learning easy. By doing this way, I believe I can connect with my students more effectively and ensure they feel confident in their progress.
