- available for dual language (BM and English) in teaching BM
- involve lot of skills to understand and master the execises of each part in BM

3. SEJARAH@HISTORY - 6 years of teaching experience
- expert in restructure and reareange the notes and chapters to be easier in understanding and gain more interest
- skills to understand, master, memorizing, and maintaining the memory

4. Friendly, committed, cooperative, prefer two ways of communication, fun, sharing and keep update the progress of students

5. Prefer parents involvement in students development and progress, prefer parents commitment in develop students' ability and co-monitor the students' growth.

6. Involve lots of skills, techniques, drills, exercises, smart psychological approaches, so need students ready to cooperate to build up their potential ( but still in a good way, base on their capability, not to over stress the students)

7. Not only focus on academic. Involving also in nurture and develop students' proper personality, attitude, behaviour, motivational, awareness, culture, concern, manners, emotional, responsibility and society ethics.

7. Not to create a robot. As an educator, I believe to educate a person to become a better one. Academic is one of the criteria, but still others are important as well.
