An IGCSE homeschool center is looking for Academic Director (Full time position) in Puchong,
Scope of duties for Academic Director:
1. Work closely with senior management and academic staff on both local and IGCSE secondary curriculum, working towards achieving high standards in teaching quality, resource optimization and utilization, and all matters relating to establishing the aims and objectives of the centre,
2. Should have strong knowledge of both local and international secondary curriculum frameworks, and would be expected to be proficient and enthusiastic proponents and users of technology in enhancing teaching and learning, whilst keeping abreast of developments and innovations in teaching and learning,
3. Liase with parents and students on the overall progress of the students,
4. Management of staff and resources,
5. Part teaching responsibilities
