The agent is indeed very rude and being sarcastic in her (Alice) messages. This is my first time encountering such an agent in my tutoring career.

Such a rude customer service provided by the agent and when there is a rude behaviour how can customer adjust? I strongly recommend the agent to learn a proper communication skills in order to provide excellent service to customers! Respect is given both sides regardless of the any circumstances. Please educate the agent to be a better human being
