Scope of work
1. Pedagogy/Curriculum development

• To prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, tutorials, assignments, class discussions, etc. which necessary for effective are learning by the students.
• To prepare teaching materials such as notes, transparencies, manuals, slides, etc for student learning.
• To teach, tutor or instruct in accordance to the approved lesson plans and scheme of work.
• To develop, review and update all lesson plans, scheme of work, syllabi from the time to time to reflect current practice.
• To prepare test/examination questions together with appropriate marking schemes in a timely fashion as and when required.
• To grade all assignments, tests, tutorials, projects, examinations, etc. in or to evaluate student’s academic performance.
• To review past examination papers with students whenever necessary.

2. Class Management
• To monitor student’s attendance and reporting on absenteeism.
• To prepare testimonials and reference letters for students, if required.

3. Pastoral care
• To provide pastoral care to all students in the College to ensure total development of the student by participating in all activities designed for that purpose.
• To provide counseling and advice to students.

 

Because I'm equipped to help the school achieve its educational goals. With 8 years teaching experiences, I would define myself as a problem solver.
I have a thorough understanding of the school's mission and I believe that my personality and skills put me in the right position to help create a stimulating learning environment. Since I identify with your values and mission, I am committed to inspiring students to adopt them too. Ever since I was a teenager I've had a keen interest in learning and bettering myself, and I believe that if I use the right tools and strategies, this hunger for learning and self-improvement can be picked up by students who can then incorporate these values into their own lives now and in the future and score A* in their chemistry and biology subjects.
